Terms and Conditions:

All sales are final. Purchases made by credit card are shipped within 5-10 working days.  Payments made by personal check are processed after verfication of funds with the banking institution, and can take slightly longer.  Occasionally special order items need additional time for fulfillment.  If this delay is expected to take longer than 10 working days- you will be notified by email. 

All photographs and products sold or displayed through this website, (“Site”), are the property of VisionBeam.  U.S. and international copyright laws protect our products and photographs. Any unauthorized resale, duplication, modification, transmission, display or any other reproduction of any of the photographs from VisionBeam subject those parties responsible to prosecution for violation of U.S. and international copyright laws. It is understood that a print, not the copyright, is being purchased.. We maintain all copyrights to all photographs unless our expressed written consent is given.

We realize that customers are concerned about how the information they provide online will be used. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will use the information we collect about you to process your order and provide a more personalized shopping experience. We are in the business of selling photographs and not information. You have our promise!

The photograph’s contained in this site are for the purchase and use by family, friends, coaches and athletic programs. Although we do reserve the right to sell images to publications and media, it is not the purpose of this site. This site is not for commercial use and the prices listed are for personal use only. We will consider any request by the athletes or their parents to remove their photograph(s) from this site, if they choose. Each request will be considered carefully to remove photographs based on the merits of the request. If only one athlete is shown in the photograph, the photograph will be taken down promptly.

Web hosting services:

We maintain our site through the web hosting facilities1&1. VisionBeam has no direct control over our hosting facility and occasionally problems with connectivity may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding should our site go down for any reason. The security of the web host server is maintained by 1&1 and any responsibilities arising out of such security do not transfer to VisionBeam.

Although we employ the services of these vendors, any and all legal liability that local, state, federal and international laws require of them do not transfer or shift the economic, non-economic or punitive damage burden to VisionBeam by virtue of our use agreements. We hold in trust that these companies are abiding by all the laws that govern their particular actions in the course of conducting their business and we will be held harmless for any liability on their behalf.
